It's so exciting to see Under the Same Sun: Art from Latin America Today on the ground floor of the former Peckham Road Fire Station building which was given to the South London Gallery by an anonymous donor and for which I did the Community Consultation during January to April this year. You can glimpse the potential of the building being transformed into a new cultural centre for the community in Autumn 2018. After Under the Same Sun closes in early September building work will begin and we will be focusing on raising the final amount for the project to be able to be completed. Exciting times!
